It follows a sequence of phases that have the objective to gradually screen and assess skills and abilities, and to identify the candidates whose skills and capabilities most closely match our current and future needs.
CV Screening
All CVs are reviewed by HR according to current vacancies and our requirements for specific positions. Only those candidates with the relevant educational background and/ or prior experience required for the position) progress to the Testing Phase.
Testing
Tests are designed to measure skills relevant for good performance in a particular area. All tests have a minimum score that needs to be achieved in order to provide access to the Interview Phase.
Interviews
Interviews are conducted by HR and functional representatives. Interviews provide additional personal information to support that gathered in CV Screening and Testing Phases.
Selection
The most suitable candidate(s) are selected according to the vacancies available. All candidates (successful or not) will receive feedback on the outcome of their test or interview.
