ESE truly is a multicultural, continuously changing environment; the centre
supports 14 countries and comprises a workforce of around 20 different
nationalities. With such a diverse workforce it is our aim to develop a
culture of mutual respect and flexibility at all levels in order to optimise
individual and business performance.
With flexible working
hours to suit both team members and our customers, and no formal dress code,
the environment immediately strikes you as relaxed and informal. However, we
continually strive for operational excellence in all that we do, a value which

social committee which organises various activities and events including
monthly social events at local bars, as well as subsidised trips to concerts
